- Email address and basic profile from Clerk (used for account creation)
- Uploaded images (used solely for image and video generation)
- Generated promotional images and videos (stored for your access)
- Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics (used for service improvement)

2. Account Authentication

PromoLumi uses Clerk for account creation and login. Clerk may collect and store data necessary for authentication. We do not have access to your password or secure login tokens.

3. Storage and Processing

We use: Supabase for secure file storage and database, fal.ai to process and generate images and videos. Files and data are used only to operate and improve the Service.

4. Data Retention

We retain uploaded files and generated images and videos only as long as necessary to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Data Security

We use third-party cloud providers and encryption to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your Rights
